This warm beautiful weather has awaken the “spring fling” alter ego that takes over my body once or twice a year. You know, the one that suddenly wants to clean and dust, tackle crafts, and finish those Pinterest projects like a beast!! Yea…Yea… like I said, it only happens once or twice a year.

     All this weekend I cleaned and cleaned until the house was spotless but it is still so warm and beautiful outside…..  So I am going to seize the moment and I am going to throw together a Backyard BBQ! Sounds easy right? WRONG. I have never “lit the pitt”, “threw fire on the coals”, or any of those other BBQ slangs. It will be my first time being the pitt master! How hard could it be?

     In the next few days I have a lot of planning to do for my first Backyard BBQ. It is going to be so much fun. I can hardly wait to try all of the recipes that I have hand chosen for the occasion. So stay tuned for more recipes and a woman’s guide to her first Backyard BBQ Experience
